温通散外敷治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温通散外敷治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用温通散外敷治疗,对照组采用祖师麻膏药外敷治疗,两组均治疗10天后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗组WOMAC积分与中医证候积分均较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组未出现不良反应,对照组仅1例有轻微不良反应。结论:温通散治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎效果确切,且安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wentong powder for external application on knee osteoarthritis of wind,cold and dampness-caused arthralgia syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis of wind,cold and dampness-caused arthralgia syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wentong powder for external application,while the control group was treated with cortex daphnes paste for external application.The efficacy was evaluated in both groups after 10 days of treatment.Results:After treatment,Both groups had obvious curative effect on knee osteoarthritis of wind,cold and dampness-caused arthralgia syndrome,and the comparative difference of total effective rate between two groups was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There were no adverse reactions in treatment group,while only 1 case in control group had slight adverse reaction.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wentong powder on knee osteoarthritis of wind,cold and dampness-caused arthralgia syndrome is definite,better than that of cortex daphnes paste for external application,and with high safety.
