摘  要:基于2009—2017年数据,从文化服务贸易规模、国际竞争力、贸易模式、贸易结构四方面对我国文化服务贸易现状加以研究。研究发现我国文化服务贸易以产业间贸易为主,虽然整体竞争力还较为薄弱,但总体规模持续扩大,市场结构不断优化,并进一步指出经济发展水平、文化软实力、规模经济、制度因素是影响文化服务贸易现状的主要因素。基于此,提出了精准扶持文化产业、注重创新能力、形成产业聚集带、关注市场动向等对策建议。Based on the data of 2009-2017,this paper studies the status quo of China's cultural service trade from the aspects of cultural service trade scale,international competitiveness,trade mode and trade structure.The study found that China's cultural service trade is dominated by inter-industry trade.Although the overall competitiveness is still weak,the overall scale continues to expand,the market structure is continuously optimized,and further pointed out that economic development level,cultural soft power,economies of scale,and institutional factors are the impact.The main factors in the status quo of cultural services trade.Based on this,the author puts forward suggestions for precisely supporting the cultural industry,focusing on innovation ability,forming industrial gathering belts,and paying attention to market trends.
