摘　　要：在互联网医疗快速发展的背景下,医疗服务在线点评对患者的择医决策过程影响越来越显著。通过对国内近十年在医疗服务在线点评方面的文献进行研究,将研究内容从医疗服务在线点评的发出者、访问者以及评论本身进行概括,研究方法以定量研究为主。对医疗服务在线点评的研究仍处于上升阶段,进一步研究空间较大。in the context of the rapid development of Internet medical service,the impact of online reviews on medical service on patients'decision-making process is becoming more and more significant.Through the research of domestic literatures on online reviews on medical service in recent ten years,the research contents are summarized from the reviewers,review readers and review contents on medical service.The research method is mainly quantitative.The research on online reviews on medical service is still on the rise,so there is more room for further research.
