组织文化视域下高校人才培育路径研究

摘　　要：将高校人才培养工程与高校组织文化培育有机融合,重视通过营造优良的组织文化对高校人才的培育产生潜移默化、深远长足的积极作用,对建设国际一流高校、提高我国人才综合素质、提升国际竞争力具有极其重要意义。肯定组织文化在高校人才培养体系中的基础性作用,并通过对高校组织文化内涵的界定和对我国高校组织文化现状的分析,从组织文化培育的三个阶段分别提出了各阶段的培育策略。It is of great significance to integrate the talent cultivation project and the organizational culture cultivation of colleges and universities,and pay attention to the subtle and far-reaching positive effect of creating excellent organizational culture on the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities,so as to build a world-class university,improve the comprehensive quality of talents in China and enhance the international competitiveness.This paper affirms the basic role of organizational culture in the talent training system of colleges and universities,and through the definition of the connotation of organizational culture of colleges and universities and the analysis of the current situation of organizational culture of colleges and universities in China,puts forward the Cultivation Strategies of each stage from the three stages of organizational culture cultivation.
