摘　　要：在对中山市既有住宅加装电梯产业发展现状及其存在的问题进行分析的基础上,结合中山市经济社会发展状况和中山市电梯特色产业实际,论证了既有住宅加装电梯产业发展的"中山模式"的特点。为促进制订中山市既有住宅加装电梯产业发展规划提供智力支撑;为构建具有地方特色的既有住宅加装电梯产业发展模式提供借鉴。On the basis of analysis on Zhongshan elevator industry development and the existing problems of existing residential buildings with adding elevators,combining the social development and elevator industry characteristic of Zhongshan,the"Zhongshan mode"for the development of adding elevator to existing residential buildings is proved.Intellectual support is provided to promote the formulation of development plan for adding elevator in existing residential buildings in Zhongshan.Examples are provided for the establishment of adding elevator to existing residential buildings with regional charectersitics.
