摘 要:为提高污水处理厂剩余污泥减量化效果,采用H 2O 2联合PAC技术强化调质与脱水效果,分析了H 2 O 2投加量、反应时间、PAC投加量、初始pH等因素对污泥破解及脱水性能的影响。结果表明:单独投加H 2 O 2,在H 2 O 2体积投加百分比为0.5%、反应时间为10 min的条件下可取得良好的溶胞效果,SCOD溶出率提高了近3倍;H 2 O 2联合PAC有利于污泥脱水性能的改善且不受初始pH(4.5~7)的影响,对于含水率为80%的污泥,调质、真空抽滤后的含水率可下降15%;在H 2 O 2的投加体积比为0.5%、反应时间为10 min、PAC投加量为绝干泥质量百分比2%~7%的条件下,污泥含水率随PAC投加量的增大而降低。In order to further reduce residual sludge in wastewater treatment plant,H2O2 coupled with PAC was applied to enhance the effect of chemical conditioning and dewatering.The impacts of H2O2 dosage,reaction time,PAC dosage and initial pH on cracking and dewatering performance of sludge were studied.The results show that addition of 0.5 vol%H 2O 2 reaches good performance of cell lysis with a reaction time of 10 min and the leaching rate of SCOD is increased by approximately 3 times.The sludge dewatering effect can be improved by adding H 2O 2 combined with PAC and this process is not affected by the initial pH(4.5~7).For the sludge with 80%moisture content,its moisture content can be reduced by 15%after chemical conditioning and vacuum filtration.When the H2O2 dosage is 0.5 vol%,reaction time is 10 min and PAC dosage is 2 wt%~7 wt%of the dry mud,the moisture content of sludge decreases with the increase of PAC dosage.
