摘  要:针对传统的水质分析仪器在大机组火电厂应用过程中存在阻抗不匹配、测量信号衰减,静电、电磁场干扰,以及传统高效离子色谱分析法代表性不强,测量数据传输不及时,受环境温湿度影响大等问题,研制了电极常数为0.001 cm^-1、测量范围0~0.001的专用在线工业离子色谱分析测量装置,并在内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司投入使用。实际使用情况表明,该装置可以准确测量出各种离子的质量分数,应用效果良好。In view of the issues impedance mismatch, measuring signal attenuation, electrostatic and electromagneticinterference as traditional water quality analysis instrument applied in the large sets of coal-fired power plants, as well asthe traditional high efficiency ion chromatography intermittently affected by ambient temperature and humidity, with itsmeasuring discontinuously and its data belated, developed special online industrial ion chromatographic analysis ofmeasuring devices, with electrode of 0.001 cm-1, measurement range of 0~0.001. The device is applied in Inner MongoliaJinglong Power Plant in the practical application shows that the device can accurately measure the mass fraction of variousions. It is a bold innovation in the field of water quality analysis instruments and has achieved good results.
