摘　　要：随着我国经济的持续发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,人民群众购买机动车作为交通工具的情况越来越普及。为进一步方便群众办理机动车和驾驶员业务,根据公安部的统一部署,并结合上海特大型开放城市的特点,公安交通管理部门推出“上海车驾管业务社会化服务平台”等一系列便民利民措施,在受到了广大人民群众欢迎的同时,也大大提高了行政办事效率。With the continuous development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people's purchase of motor vehicles as a means of traffic are becoming more and more popular.In order to further facilitate the people to handle motor vehicle and driver business,according to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Public Security,and in combination with the characteristics of Shanghai as an megacity,the public security traffic management department has launched a series of measures to facilitate the people and benefit the people,such as the"Shanghai Vehicle and Driver Management Service Social Service Platform",which has been welcomed by the people and also greatly improved the efficiency of administrative work.
