摘  要:本文以在建设高职工业机器人技术专业核心课程“工业机器人应用系统集成”中,构建ABB工业机器人打磨筛选分拣工作站为例,通过带领学生自己动手组建该工作站,收获良多,师生受益匪浅。总结出工业机器人工作站系统集成中的一些心得,该工作站既能够适应我校工业机器人技术专业的教学需求,同时也贴近实际的工业生产。通过工作站的实际构建,让学生对工业机器人应用有了更深的认识,激发了学生对本专业的学习热情,对未来从事工业机器人相关工作充满信心。通过构建ABB工业机器人打磨筛选分拣工作站,解决了当前面临的专业核心课程“工业机器人应用系统集成”的实训问题,提供一条教学工业机器人应用系统集成的思路和方法。In this paper,the core course of industrial robot technology specialty in construction of Higher Vocational Colleges,"Industrial Robot Application System Integration",is taken as an example to construct ABB Industrial Robot Grinding,Screening and Sorting Workstation,the teachers and students learned a lot from it.We sum up some experience in the system integration of industrial robot workstation,the workstation can not only meet the teaching needs of industrial robot technology,but also close to the actual industrial production.Through the actual construction of workstations,the students have a deeper understanding of the application of industrial robots,which arouses their enthusiasm for the study of their own specialty,and they are full of confidence to engage in the related work of industrial robots in the future.By constructing ABB industrial robot grinding,screening and sorting workstation,the practical training problem of"Industrial Robot Application System Integration",which is the core course of specialty,is solved,an idea and method of application system integration of teaching industrial robot are provided.
