摘 要:红枫湖作为贵阳市重要的水库之一,水生优势真菌分析及致毒性的检测是评价水质的重要指标。经喂毒试验后得出,耙齿菌属(Irpe.spp)未导致小鼠发病,发病较轻的真菌种类为:链格孢属(Alternaria spp.)、小光壳属(Leptosphaerulina spp.)、小球腔菌属(Leptosphaeria spp.)。红枫湖水体优势真菌对小鼠无毒性刺激,对水质未产生消极作用。Hongfeng lake as one of the important reservoirs in guiyang city,the distribution of aquatic organisms and their time and place is an important indicator of water quality.After feeding,it was found that the genus Irpe.spp did not cause the disease in mice,and the fungi with mild disease were:Alternaria spp.,Leptosphaerulina spp.,and Leptosphaeria spp.The dominant fungi in hongfeng lake had no toxic stimulation to the mice and had no negative effects on the water quality.
