摘　　要：分析了现有梳棉机在安装、保养过程中,采用传统方式调整盖板隔距的弊端。介绍了盖板隔距在线检测装置的结构、原理及应用情况,探索提升梳棉机梳理效果的智能化新技术。The disadvantage of adjusting the flat gauge in the traditional way in the process of installation and maintenance of the carding machine was analyzed.The structure,working principle and application of the on-line monitoring device for flat gauge of the carding machine were introduced.New intelligent technology of improving the combing effect of carding machine was explored.
