摘 要:水权交易是各国利用市场机制优化配置水资源、解决水问题的重要途径。以湛江市为例,运用全成本定价法研究中美2个不同体制国家在水权交易价格上的差异,并进行两国在水权交易价格、水市场建设和监管机制上的水权交易适应性分析。最后提出推进中国水权交易进一步发展的几点建议。Water rights trade is an important way for countries from all over the world to use market mechanisms to optimize water resource allocation and solve water problems.Taking Zhanjiang City as an example,this paper studies the differences in the price of water rights between two different countries——China and the United States by the method of full-cost pricing,analyzes the adaptability of water rights trade on these two countries in terms of the pricing mechanism of water rights trade,and construction,supervision and management mechanism of water rights trade market,and finally puts forward some suggestions for promoting the further development of water rights trade in China.
