摘 要:超高性能混凝土具有超高强度和超高耐久性,在海洋环境钢筋混凝土结构的外表层设置超高性能混凝土永久模板,是一种能有效提高海洋环境钢筋混凝土工程使用寿命的可能方式。采用抗压强度161.2 MPa、抗渗强度大于3 MPa、电通量12 C的超高性能混凝土研制成长1.5 m、宽0.6 m、厚1.5 cm能承受30 kN/m^2荷载的模板,并在水闸工程的底板和墙身初步应用。实践证明,超高性能混凝土永久模板,在施工时不变形,且能与结构混凝土联结牢固,因此采用超高性能混凝土永久模板作为海洋环境钢筋混凝土工程表层是可行的。Because ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has ultra-high strength and ultra-high durability,it is a possible way for covering the outer surface of the reinforced concrete structure with UHPC permanent form to effectively improve the service life of reinforced concrete engineering in marine environment.The UHPC with compressive strength of 161.2 MPa,impermeability strength of above 3 MPa,and electrical flux of 12 C was used to produce a form with the length,width and thickness of 1.5 m,0.6 m and 1.5 cm respectively and with bearing load of 30 kN/m^2,which is applied to the bottom plate and retaining wall of sluice engineering preliminarily.The practice proves that the UHPI permanent form will not deform during construction and can be firmly bonded with structural concrete.Therefore,it is feasible to use the UHPC permanent form as the surface of reinforced concrete engineering in marine environment.
