摘 要:动力电池作为电动汽车行驶安全的关键部分,为了能够监测动力电池实时绝缘状态,本文设计了一种便携式绝缘监测仪,搭建了绝缘监测系统理论模型,利用Simulink仿真模拟验证其有效性。对绝缘监测仪进行了软硬件设计,通过台架实验分析测试数据得出,绝缘监测仪检测误差在5%以内,具有较高的检测精度。该监测仪可实时监测动力电池绝缘阻值,根据阈值判断动力电池绝缘故障,能够及时切断电池输出并声光报警,满足应用要求。As a key part of driving safety of electric vehicle,in order to monitor the real-time insulation state of power battery,a portable insulation monitor is designed in this paper.The theoretical model of insulation monitoring system is built,and its effectiveness is verified by Simulink simulation.The hardware and software of the insulation monitor are designed.Through the experimental analysis of the test data,it is concluded that the detection error of the insulation monitor is less than 5%,and there is a high detection accuracy.The monitor can monitor the insulation resistance of power battery in real time,judging the insulation fault of power battery according to the threshold,meanwhile,cutting off the battery output and alarming driver in time,to meet the application requirements.
