摘　　要：深挖地方人文景观价值,扬长避短地对其进行科学的旅游开发,对推动地区文旅融合意义重大。通过大量文献分析、实地考察,发现怀化市具有较多的抗日战争遗址,它们具有较好的教育、文化、经济等旅游开发价值。这些遗址旅游开发中存在品牌意识不强、内涵提升不够、与其他旅游资源整合开发力度不大等诸多问题。为此,怀化市抗日战争遗址旅游开发应当坚持强化政府主导地位,强化宣传与营销以及创新开发模式。It is of great significance to promote the integration of local cultural and tourism to deeply explore the value of local cultural and landscape and to make scientific tourism development based on advantages and avoid disadvantages.Through a large number of literature analysis,field investigation,it is found that there are more Anti-Japanese War sites in Huaihua,they have a better education,culture,economy and other tourism development value.There are many problems in the tourism development of these sites,such as weak brand awareness,insufficient connotation promotion,and weak integration and development with other tourism resources.Therefore,the tourism development of the Anti-Japanese War ruins in Huaihua should insist on strengthening the dominant position of the government and the propaganda and marketing,and innovating the development mode.
