摘　　要：随着农村电子商务精准扶贫工作的深入以及乡村振兴战略的实施,农村电子商务精准扶贫工作面临着新的要求,不仅要帮助农民脱贫致富,同时也要保护好乡村生态环境、助力乡村产业发展,更要传承乡村文化等,因此有必要对在乡村振兴背景下,我国农村电子商务精准扶贫体系进行深入研究,以便更好地开展农村电子商务精准扶贫工作,助力我国脱贫攻坚战。在乡村振兴战略总的要求下,主要从多方主体协作、农特产业挖掘、电商人才培养、产业集聚形成四个方面,构建了乡村振兴下我国农村电子商务精准扶贫体系,并从政府、农民、产业等方面提出对策与建议,推动我国乡村精准扶贫、乡村建设等工作提供参考。With the deepening of rural e-commerce targeted poverty alleviation work and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the work is facing new requirements.It is not only to help farmers get rid of poverty and become rich,but also to protect the rural ecological environment,help the development of rural industries,more importantly,to inherit rural culture.So it is necessary to study China's rural e-commerce in the context of Rural Revitalization for improving the targeted poverty alleviation work of rural e-commerce and helping our country fight against poverty.Under the general requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,we need to conduct in-depth research on the targeted poverty alleviation system.The rural e-commerce targeted poverty alleviation system under the requirements of Rural Revitalization is constructed mainly from four aspects:multi-party cooperation,agricultural and special industry development,e-commerce talent training,and industrial agglomeration.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of government,farmers,and the industry for offering reference to rural targeted poverty alleviation and rural construction in China.
