郴州市文化产业与旅游产业融合发展瓶颈及对策

摘　　要：文化产业与旅游产业存在许多关联性和共通性,二者的融合成为了产业发展的必然趋势。2014年,国务院发布的《关于促进旅游业改革发展的若干意见》从国家战略视野对文化产业与旅游产业的融合发展进行了具体部署。郴州文化产业与旅游产业融合发展对推动郴州经济发展,全面提升郴州综合实力具有十分重要的意义。郴州文化产业与旅游产业融合发展有其优势条件,但也存在发展瓶颈,需要科学制定发展规划、加大宣传力度、优化产业结构、进一步完善经营管理机制。There are many relations and commonalities between the cultural industry and the tourism industry,and the integration of the two has become the inevitable trend of industrial development.In 2014,Several Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Tourism released by the State Council made specific arrangements for the integrated development of cultural industry and tourism industry from the perspective of national strategy.The integrated development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Chenzhou is of great significance to promote the economic development of Chenzhou and comprehensively enhance the comprehensive strength of Chenzhou.The integrated development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Chenzhou has its advantages,but there are also bottlenecks in development,so it is necessary to make scientific development plans,increase publicity efforts,optimize the industrial structure and further improve the operation and management mechanism.
