摘　　要：年产60万吨甲醇装置多级离心式工艺水泵在运行过程中出现出口流量不足现象,通过检查确定泵体高压侧泵壳和导叶腐蚀损坏是造成该工艺水泵出口流量不足的根本原因。根据泵体结构,制定修复方案,使该泵恢复性能,重新投入生产使用。The multi-stage centrifugal process water pump with an annual output of 600,000 tons of methanol equipment has insufficient outlet flow during operation.The corrosion of the high-pressure side pump casing and guide vanes of the pump body is determined to be the root cause of the insufficient flow of the process water pump.For the reason,according to the structure of the pump body,a repair plan was formulated to restore the performance of the pump and put it back into production.
