摘　　要：DCC装置作为大榭石化三期馏分油项目的重要装置,自2016年6月9日投料以来一直是大榭石化的主要效益点所在,因此,在DCC装置推行并落实降本增效措施对增加企业效益有着重要意义。从增产乙烯丙烯、提高装置生产负荷、高附加值产品开发等方面阐述DCC装置的降本增效措施。As an important device of Daxie PetrochemicalpHase III distillate project,DCC device has been the main benefit point of Daxie Petrochemical since it was put into operation on June 9,2016.Therefore,the DCC device has been implemented and implemented to reduce costs and increase efficiency It is of great significance to increase corporate benefits.This article expounds the cost reduction and efficiency measures of DCC plant from the aspects of increasing ethylene and propylene production,increasing plant production load,and developing high value-added products.
