摘  要:水电解制氢设备是一种广泛应用在各个领域的制氢设备。在设备实际运行中,水电解制氢设备的气液出口存在严重的冲蚀磨损现象,且随着设备产气量的增大,磨蚀现象变得更严重,这限制了水电解制氢设备向大产气量的方向发展。主要探讨了气液出口结构对冲蚀磨损的影响,模拟计算了电解槽气液出口通道内的流动状况,并对电解槽出口结构进行了改进。计算结果表明,将电解槽气液出口形状改成锥形后,转弯处的转角变大,减少了流体转弯的角度,减少了内外两侧流体的路程差,进而降低了内外两侧流体的速度之差,改善了转弯处流体对设备的冲蚀。Hydrogen production equipment by water electrolysis is widely used in various fields.In the actual operation of the equipment,the gas-liquid outlet of the hydrogen production equipment by water electrolysis has serious erosion and wearpHenomenon.With the increase of gas production,the erosion becomes more serious,which limits the development of hydrogen production equipment by water electrolysis to the direction of large gas production.In this paper,the influence of gas-liquid outlet structure on erosion and wear is discussed.The flow condition in the gas-liquid outlet channel of the electrolyzer is simulated and calculated,and the outlet structure of the electrolyzer is improved.The results show that after changing the gas-liquid outlet shape of electrolyzer,the turning angle becomes larger.The turning angle of the fluid is reduced,the distance difference between the two sides of the fluid is reduced,the velocity difference between the two sides of the fluid is reduced,and the erosion of the fluid on the equipment is improved.
