摘　　要：新疆棉花资源丰富,浆粕和黏胶纤维产量已居全国第一,是典型废水及污染物排放量大的工业行业,具有水量大、治理难度大等显著特点。通过详尽现场调研,总结了行业发展现状、主要环境问题、行业清洁生产工艺和污染防治技术的最新进展;研究了新疆主要棉浆粕和黏胶纤维企业的污水处理技术、排放情况以及处理后废水达标情况;归纳了存在的重要问题,并提出了对策建议。Xinjiang is rich in cotton resources.The output of pulp and viscose fiber has ranked first in the country.It is a typical industrial industry with a high emission of wastewater and pollutants.It has significant features such as large water volume and difficult management.Through detailed field investigation,this article summarizes the latest progress of the current development status of the industry,major environmental issues,industry clean production technology and pollution prevention technology.It studies the wastewater treatment technology,discharge situation and compliance of wastewater after treatment of major cotton pulp and viscose fiber enterprises in Xinjiang.It summarized the and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,In order to provide a reference for the optimal treatment of industrial wastewater in Xinjiang,important scientific problems were summarized and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
