摘  要:探索铜基甲醇合成催化剂作为催化剂类型和应用反应条件的根据是一个活跃的工业和学术研究领域。采用实验空间离散化方法,利用固定床微反应器获取离散床层区域催化剂性能数据,以CO/H2为原料,结合Cu/CeO2催化剂在反应初期甲醇合成条件下得到的表征信息,对催化剂Cu/CeO2的初活性进行了研究。结果表明,CO/H2进入系统的前几个小时:催化剂床层从上到下,不同区域对于甲醇产量贡献不同;在更低的床层区域发生了暂时的甲醇分解,1h后,甲醇分解不再被观察到。Exploring of copper-based methanol synthesis catalysts as the basis of catalyst types and application of reaction conditions is an active industrial and academic research area.In this paper,the experimental space discretization method is used,and fixed-bed microreactors are used to obtain catalyst performance data in the discrete bed area.CO/H2 is used as the raw material and the Cu/CeO2 catalyst is used to obtain the characterization information obtained under the conditions of methanol synthesis in the initial reaction.The initial activity of/CeO2 was studied.The results show that the first few hours of CO/H2 entering the system:from the top to the bottom of the catalyst bed,different regions have different contributions to methanol production;temporary methanol decomposition occurred in the lower bed region.After t=1h,methanol decomposition is no longer observed.
