摘 要:尿素造粒装置采用挪威海德鲁流化床造粒技术,自投产以来,尿素造粒系统运行一个周期后都要进行一次全面的清洗,主要解决的问题包括成品粒度变差,振动筛筛网堵塞,成品尿素中夹杂小颗粒尿素,洗涤系统密度偏高,破碎机负荷重、辊轴易结疤,返料量大,洗涤系统返回的水量多,蒸发系统负荷高、蒸汽耗量增加等一系列的问题。因此,主要对如何进一步缩短清洗造粒系统、提高效率展开研究。The urea granulator adopts Norsk Hydro fluidized bed granulating technology.Since it was put into production,the urea pelletizing system has to be thoroughly cleaned after one cycle of operation.The main problems to be solved include the deterioration of the final product particle size,the vibrating screen screen is blocked,the finished urea is mixed with small granular urea,the washing system has high density,the crusher has heavy load,the roller shaft is easy to Scab,the amount of material returned by the washing system is large,and the amount of water returned by the washing system is large,a series of problems,such as the high load of evaporation system,the increase of steam consumption,etc.Therefore,this article on how to further shorten the cleaning and granulation system,improve the efficiency of research.
