化成电解液浓度对锌银电池电极的影响

摘  要:随着科技的发展,对锌银贮备电池在比能量方面的要求越来越高。在现有电极制备技术的基础上,进行了化成电解液浓度对单体电压和容量的研究实验。实验结果表明,采用不同浓度的电解液化成时,电解液浓度越高,正极内阻越小,单体电池放电电压越高,同时采用高浓度1.4g/mL KOH水溶液化成时,正极的容量会有明显的下降,采用1.1g/mL的KOH电解液进行化成的极板,单体容量最大。With the development of the technology of the times,the requirements for the specific energy of zinc-silver storage batteries are getting higher and higher.On the basis of the existing electrode preparation technology,this paper carried out a research test on the cell voltage and capacity based on the concentration of the formed electrolyte.The test results show that when the electrolyte is formed with different concentrations,the higher the electrolyte concentration,the smaller the positive electrode internal resistance,and the higher the discharge voltage of the cell.There is a significant decrease.The electrode plate formed with 1.1g/ml KOH electrolyte has the largest monomer capacity.
