摘  要:通过对甲烷氯化物装置氯甲烷生产工艺改进,使氯甲烷产品中含水率大幅降低,减少了产品中可能产生的盐酸对设备的腐蚀,延长了设备使用寿命;同时,大幅降低了能耗:蒸汽消耗降幅达58.3%,循环水消耗减少19.6%,且不消耗R22冷媒、工业水及烧碱,不产生废液;而且,可减少设备投资,降低氯甲烷装置造价。方案改进后,不影响后续氯化工艺及最终产品质量。该工艺优化方案切实可行,可应用于甲烷氯化物装置的氯甲烷生产。Through the process improvement of methyl chloride production in chloromethane plant,the water content in methyl chloride product is greatly reduced,can reduce the corrosion of the equipment that may be caused by hydrochloric acid in the product,and extend the equipment life;meanwhile,the energy consumption is greatly reduced:the steam consumption is reduced by up to 58.3%,the circulating water consumption is reduced by 19.6%,the R22,industrial water and caustic soda does not consume,the waste liquid does not produce;moreover,the equipment investment can reduce and the cost of methyl chloride units can reduce.After improvement of the process scheme,the subsequent chlorination process and the final product quality is not affect.Therefore,the process optimization scheme is practical and applicable to the production of methyl chloride in a chloromethane plant.
