摘 要:硫磺制酸生产工艺的技术特征决定了其后期的脱硫处理的重要性与关键性。现阶段,我国大多数硫磺制酸工艺都面临尾气处理脱硫后酸雾不达标的问题,严重阻碍了工艺升级与技术转型,更是给环境带来了压力。基于此,首先介绍了硫磺制酸尾气中酸雾的主要来源,其次对硫磺制酸尾气的影响、危害进行了解析,并就硫磺制酸尾气脱硫处理后酸雾超标的原因进行了探讨,最后结合具体的原因,提出了相应的优化解决策略,以有效降低硫磺制酸脱硫处理后酸雾超标的情况,促进设备的稳定高效使用。the technical characteristics of sulfur-based sulfuric acid production process determine the importance and key of its later desulfurization treatment.At present,most of the sulfur based sulfuric acid production processes in China are faced with the problem that the acid mist is not up to the standard after tail gas treatment and desulfurization,which seriously hinders the process upgrading and technology transformation,but also brings pressure to the environment.Based on the current situation,this paper first introduces the main sources of acid mist in the tail gas of sulphur burning sulfuric acid,then analyzes the impact and harm of the tail gas of sulphur burning sulfuric acid,and probes into the causes of acid mist exceeding the standard after sulphur burning sulfuric acid tail gas desulfurization treatment.Finally,combined with the specific reasons,it puts forward the corresponding optimization solutions,hoping to effectively reduce the acid mist after sulphur burning sulfuric acid desulfurization treatment In case of acid mist exceeding the standard,the stable and efficient use of the equipment shall be promoted.
