摘　　要：目的观察分析超声引导微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果。方法选取本院(在2016年11月至2018年1月)收治的72例复杂性肾结石患者,按照数字随机表法分为实验组和对照组,每组均为36例。采用统计学分析两组复杂性肾结石患者的并发症发生率(尿外渗、出血、器官损伤、切口感染、败血症等)、平均住院时间、平均手术时间、结石残留率。结果实验组复杂性肾结石患者的尿外渗、出血、器官损伤、切口感染、败血症等并发症发生率和结石残留率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组复杂性肾结石患者的平均住院时间、平均手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果颇为理想。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for complicated renal calculi.Methods Our hospital(in November 2016-January 2018),patients with renal stones treated 72 cases of complexity in accordance with the table Numbers randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,are all 36 cases in each group.Using statistical analysis of the complexity of two groups of patients with kidney stones complications(urinary extravasation,bleeding,organ damage,infection of incision,sepsis,etc.),the average length of hospital stay,average operation time,calculi residual rate.Results The complexity of kidney stones in patients with urinary extravasation,bleeding,organ damage,infection of incision,incidence of complications such as sepsis and residual stone rate was signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the complexity of the experimental group of patients with kidney stones average length of hospital stay,average operation time was signifi cantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for complicated renal calculi is effective.
