冠心病心绞痛患者倍他乐克与通心络联合治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析冠心病心绞痛患者倍他乐克与通心络联合治疗的临床效果。方法2015年4月至2018年2月,于我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者中选取50例,随机分为两组,对照组患者单独采用倍他乐克进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合采用通心络进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后患者血脂水平变化情况。结果观察组患者心绞痛临床治疗总有效率为96%,高于对照组的80%,心电图临床治疗总有效率为92%,高于对照组的76%,χ^2=8.6325、12.6325,P<0.05。结论冠心病心绞痛患者倍他乐克与通心络联合治疗的临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combination of Betaloc and Tongxinluo in patients with angina pectoris.Methods From April 2015 to February 2018,50 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with betaloc alone.The observation group was based on the control group.The combination was treated with Tongxinluo,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of angina pectoris in the observation group was 96,which was higher than that in the control group(80%,P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the clinical treatment of electrocardiogram(ECG)was 922,higher than that in the control group(χ^2=8.6325-12.6325)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the combination of Betaloc and Tongxinluo in patients with angina pectoris is significant and worthy of promotion.
