强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响

摘　　要：目的对强化免疫检验质量管理方法实施于临床免疫检验工作中对检验准确性的影响进行分析探讨。方法本次将2017年1月至2018年1月我院临床检验科采集的140份临床免疫检验血清样本作为研究的主对象,然后采取随机数字分组法,分成两个不同的组别,分别为70份;其中,对照组样本采取常规质量管理方法,观察组样本采取强化免疫检验质量管理,进一步对两组质量管理的效果进行对比评价。结果①在胰岛素变异指数、胰岛素抗体变异指数、甲状腺功能检测变异指数以及甲胎蛋白变异指数方面,观察组均明显低于对照组,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在HbsAg免疫检验准确率、HbsAb免疫检验准确率、HbeAg免疫检验准确率、HbcAb免疫检验准确率方面,观察组分别为100.00%、100.00%、98.57%、97.14%,与对照组的95.71%、94.29%、91.43%、90.00%比较均稍微高一些,但比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论针对临床免疫检验样本,采取强化免疫检验质量管理方法,能够降低变异指数,使免疫检验准确率得到有效提高,并提高质量管理满意程度;因此,具备推广及应用的价值意义。Objective To analyze and discuss the infl uence of the quality management of intensive immunoassay on the accuracy of clinical immunoassay.Method In this study,140 serum samples collected from clinical laboratory of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were taken as the main subjects,and then randomly divided into two groups,70 samples respectively.The control group samples were treated with routine quality management methods,while the observation group samples were treated with enhanced quality management of immune test,and the quality control of the two groups was further carried out.The effect of rationalization was compared and evaluated.Results①In terms of insulin variation index,insulin antibody variation index,thyroid function test variation index and alpha-fetoprotein variation index,the observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).②The accuracy of HbsAg immunoassay,HbsAb immunoassay,HbeAg immunoassay and HbcAb immunoassay in the observation group were 100.00%,100.00%,98.57%and 97.14%respectively,which were slightly higher than those in the control group of 95.71%,94.29%,91.43%and 90.00%,but there was no signifi cant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In view of the clinical immune test samples,adopting the method of strengthening the quality management of immune test can reduce the variation index,improve the accuracy of immune test effectively,and improve the satisfaction degree of quality management;therefore,it has the value of popularization and application.
