血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的对血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法本次将我院血液检验科室2017年1月至2018年1年收治的40例地中海贫血患者作为A组研究对象,取同期40例缺铁性贫血患者作为B组研究对象,另取40例健康体检者作为对照组研究对象;三组受检者均进行血液检验,进一步对A组、B组、健康体检组3组之间的相关血液检验指标情况进行对比评价。结果①在RBC、RBC/MCV以及RDW三项指标水平方面,地中海贫血组与健康体检组比较均显著更高,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);但在MCV、MCH以及Hb三项指标水平方面,地中海贫血组则均明显低于健康体检组,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在RDW指标水平方面,缺铁性贫血组与健康体检者比较显著更高,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);在RBC、RBC/MCV、MCV、MCH以Hb五项指标水平方面,缺铁性贫血组与健康体检组比较均明显更低,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对贫血疾病患者,通过血液检验,结合检验结果中各种指标,能够明确患者的贫血类型,并为进一步的临床诊疗工作提供客观、科学的参考依据。Objective The value of blood test in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia was analyzed and discussed.Methods 40 patients with thalassemia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects of group A,40 patients with iron defi ciency anemia in the same period were selected as the study objects of group B,and 40 healthy persons were selected as the control group.Blood tests were carried out in all three groups,and further blood tests were carried out among the three groups:group A,group B and health examination group.The results were compared and evaluated.Result(1)The levels of RBC,RBC/MCV and RDW in thalassemia group were signifi cantly higher than those in health examination group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);however,the levels of MCV,MCH and Hb in thalassemia group were signifi cantly lower than those in health examination group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).(2)In terms of RDW index level,the iron defi ciency anemia group was signifi cantly higher than the healthy check-up group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);in terms of fi ve indicators of RBC,RBC/MCV,MCV and MCH,the iron defi ciency anemia group was signifi cantly lower than the healthy check-up group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the patients with anemia disease,through blood test,combined with various indicators in the test results,the anemia type of patients can be defi ned,and the Objective and scientifi c reference basis for further clinical diagnosis and treatment can be provided.
