ELISA法梅毒抗体检测与TRUST试验在梅毒诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析ELISA法梅毒抗体检测与TRUST试验在梅毒诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2014年1月至2018年12月到我中心体检人员3487例经过梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)检测阳性120例,结合临床资料其中80例诊断为梅毒现症患者。以120例TPPA阳性和120例TPPA阴性血清样品为研究对象,240例血清样品均先后采用甲苯胺红不加热法(TRUST)和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行检验,对比分析两种方法的检验敏感度与检验特异度,观察梅毒现症患者的检测结果。结果ELISA法检验灵敏度明显高于TRUST法(P<0.05)。两种方法的检验特异度无差异(P>0.05)。梅毒现症患者的血清样品ELISA法与TRUST法检测结果均为阳性。结论ELISA法梅毒抗体检测与TRUST试验在梅毒诊断中的均有一定的应用价值,ELISA法的诊断灵敏度更高,在实际诊断中,可将二者联合起来应用。Objective To analyze the application value of ELISA for syphilis antibody detection and TRUST test in the diagnosis of syphilis.Methods From January 2014 to December 2018,3487 medical examinees in our center were selected and 120 of them were tested positive by Treponema pallidum agglutination test(TPPA).80 of them were diagnosed as syphilis with clinical data.120 TPPA positive and 120 TPPA negative serum samples were taken as the research objects.240 serum samples were tested successively by Toluidine Red non-heating test(TRUST)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were compared,and the detection results of syphilis patients were observed.Results The sensitivity of ELISA was signifi cantly higher than that of TRUST.There was no difference in specifi city between the two methods.The results of ELISA and TRUST in serum samples of syphilis patients were positive.Conclusion ELISA method and TRUST test have certain application value in the diagnosis of syphilis.ELISA method has higher diagnostic sensitivity and can be combined in practical diagnosis.
