加强药剂科管理促进医院抗菌药物合理应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究医院药剂科加强工作管理对医院抗菌药物应用合理性的影响。方法我院于2018年1月开始加强对药剂科的管理,因此随机抽取2017年1月至2017年12月期间药剂科实施常规管理过程中开具的200张处方,计算抗菌药物使用率、用药不合理发生率及处方金额,并与2018年1月至2018年12月期间我院实施药剂科加强管理后开具的200张处方的抗菌药物使用率、用药不合理发生率及处方金额进行比较,同时随机抽取2017年和2018年应用抗菌药物治疗的患者各200例调查其对用药满意度。结果2017年我院抗菌药物使用率62.50%、用药不合理发生率11.00%,处方平均金额(96.32±2.68)元,2018年我院抗菌药物使用率31.00%、用药不合理发生率4.00%,处方平均金额(75.63±2.41)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2017年患者对用药服务满意度为87.50%,2018年患者对用药服务满意度为96.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规管理模式下患者应用抗菌药物过程中易发生用药不合理问题,这对患者的康复造成了一定的负面影响,加强药剂科管理后,抗菌药物应用、用药不合理问题发生率均有降低,同时处方金额也有明显减少,不仅能够有效保证患者的临床疗效,还能够减轻患者的经济压力,提升其满意度,因此加强药剂科管理意义重大。Objective To explore the impact of strengthening the management of hospital pharmacy on the rationality of antibacterial drugs in hospitals.Methods Our hospital began to strengthen the management of pharmacy in January 2018.Therefore,200 prescriptions issued during the routine management of pharmacy from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly selected to calculate the use rate of antibiotics.The unreasonable incidence rate of medication and the amount of prescription,and compared with the use rate of 200 prescriptions,the unreasonable incidence rate and the prescription amount issued after the implementation of the pharmacy strengthening management in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 At the same time,200 patients who were treated with antibacterial drugs in 2017 and 2018 were randomly selected to investigate their satisfaction with medication.Results In 2017,the antibacterial use rate of our hospital was 62.50%,the unreasonable incidence rate of drug use was 11.00%,and the average prescription amount was(96.32±2.68)yuan.In 2018,the antibacterial use rate of our hospital was 31.00%,and the unreasonable drug use rate was 4.00%.The amount was(75.63±2.41)yuan,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).In 2017,the patient's satisfaction with medication service was 87.50%.In 2018,the patient's satisfaction with medication service was 96.00%,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the routine management mode,patients with antibiotics are prone to pathological records,unreasonable medical records,and unreasonable use of drugs,which have a certain negative impact on the rehabilitation of patients,and also increased After the economic burden of the patients and the strengthening of the management of the pharmacy,the incidence of irrational use of antibacterial drugs and the irrational use of drugs are reduced,and the amount of prescriptions is also signifi cantly reduced,which not only can effectively ensure the clinical effi cacy of patients,but also red
