盐酸左氧氟沙星用于妇科盆腔炎的疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的分析妇科盆腔炎以盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗的可行性、安全性。方法取2017年3月至2018年6月期间确盆腔炎患者为研究对象,人数97例,随机分组,对照组人数48(用药氧氟沙星)、观察组人数49(以盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗),观察两组盆腔炎疗效差异,比较患者盆腔积液、疼痛治疗前后变化,统计用药期间不良反应发生。结果入院时两组体征评分比较无差异,P>0.05,治疗后两组评分低于治疗前,且观察组体征评分低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗率93.88%高于对照组83.33%,P<0.05;同时不良反应情况比较,观察组发生率为8.16%低于对照组20.83%,P<0.05。治疗前两组的生理功能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、社会功能评分相比无差异,P>0.05,治疗后两组各项评分均明显改善,P<0.05,但观察组治疗后各项评分均高于对照组组,P<0.05。结论盆腔炎患者临床应用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,临床治疗效果理想,患者症状改善良好,不良反应发生少,提高生活质量,可临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical feasibility and safety of levofl oxacin hydrochloride in pelvic infl ammation.Methods 97 pelvic infl ammation patients treated from March 2017 to June 2018 in our gynecology department were selected and randomly assigned to control group(n=48)and observation group(n=49).The control group was treated with ofl oxacin;the observation group was treated with levofl oxacin hydrochloride.The curative effect,pelvic effusion,pain degree and adverse event rate were recorded.Results Upon admission,clinical sign scores between groups were not signifi cantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,related scores for two groups were lower than before;related scores in the observation group were even lower than control group(P<0.05);the effective rate in the observation group(93.88%)was higher than control group(83.33%)(P<0.05);the adverse event rate in the observation group(8.16%)was lower than control group(20.83%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin hydrochloride has favorable effects,improves the clinical symptoms and reduces the adverse event rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
