摘 要:目的探究临床路径应用于糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年12月期间诊治的糖尿病患者70例,其中35例接受常规疗法,为对照组;另外35例在常规治疗中应用临床路径,为观察组。比较分析两组的治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c)指标。结果观察组空腹血糖(6.03±1.38)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.12±1.94)mmol/L及HbA1c(6.33±1.25)%低于对照组[(7.45±1.42)mmol/L,(8.35±1.89)mmol/L,(7.21±1.34)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径应用于糖尿病患者的治疗中有利于提高其血糖控制效果,降低血糖水平和糖基化血红蛋白水平,值得临床使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinical pathway in diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Seventy patients with diabetes were selected from June 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital,35 of them received routine therapy as the control group,and 35 cases were treated with clinical pathway as the observation group.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose(6.03±1.38)mmol/L,postprandial blood glucose(7.12±1.94)mmol/L and HbA1c(6.33±1.25)%in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(7.45±1.42)mmol/L,(8.35±1.89)mmol/L,(7.21±1.34)%],with signifi cant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway in the treatment of diabetes mellitus is helpful to improve the effect of blood sugar control,reduce the level of blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin,which is worthy of clinical use.
