两种联合用药方案治疗2型糖尿病的临床评价

摘　　要：目的观察两种联合用药方案(瑞格列奈联合阿卡波糖与瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍)治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法选取在2016年1月至2018年9月在我院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者264例为研究对象,将研究对象以治疗方式差异为原则予以分组,分为对照组(132例,瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗)和试验组(132例,瑞格列奈联合阿卡波糖治疗),采用回顾性分析的方式对比分析两组的血糖、胰岛素状态和临床疗效。结果试验组治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素与对照组相比存在差异,但P>0.05(不具统计学差异),治疗后两组上述指标均改善,且试验组空腹血糖、产后2 h血糖低于对照组,空腹胰岛素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床总有效率(96.21%)显著较对照组(89.39%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病患者,瑞格列奈、阿卡波糖联合治疗可有效控制血糖水平,并调整胰岛素状态,促进患者病情恢复,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical effect of two combination regimens(repaglinide combined with acarbose and repaglinide combined with metformin)in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide references for clinicians in choosing rational drug use schemes.Methods 264 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were selected as subjects.The all subjects were divided into control group(132 cases treated with Regglinide combined with Metformin)and experimental group(132 cases treated with Regglinide combined with Acarbose)according to the principle of different treatment methods.The blood sugar,insulin status and clinical effi cacy of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were differences in fasting blood sugar,postprandial 2 hours blood sugar and fasting insulin between the experimental group and the control group before treatment,but P>0.05(no statistical difference).After treatment,the above indexes were improved in both groups.The fasting blood sugar and postpartum 2 hours blood sugar in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the fasting insulin was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate(96.21%)of the experimental group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(89.39%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Regglinide combined with acarbose can effectively control blood sugar level,adjust insulin status and promote the recovery of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is worth learning.
