血府逐瘀汤联合西药对改善社区老年人冠心病患者的症状及心功能分析

摘　　要：目的就血府逐瘀汤联合西药对社区老年人冠心病患者的应用展开研究,旨在为临床上更好的对社区老年人冠心病患者进行治疗提供依据;方法以2013年1月至2013年12月我社区做康复治疗的80例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,将研究对象采用随机分组原则均分为实验组和对照组,对照组进行基本的治疗手段,对照组额给予血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗。结果在进行治疗前,两组患者的发病频次没有差异,基本一致,没有统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后,两组患者症状均有改观,但是改变幅度有很大差别,相比较而言,实验组的患者改善更加明显,对照组改善幅度略小;使用联合疗法进行之类的实验组患者有3例出现了治疗无效,可观的是没有恶化病例,最后的治疗总有效率高达92.5%,比对照组的75.0%高出很多,经过比较,两组差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.89,P=0.02)。结论使用血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗的方法在老年人冠心病的发病系次数有明显减少,症状有很大缓解,对于临床应用有积极意义。Objective To study the application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the community,aiming to provide a basis for clinical treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the community.Methods Eighty elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent rehabilitation in our community from January 2013 to December 2013 were included in the study.Eighty-six subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in incidence frequency between the two groups,which was basically the same and had no statistical signifi cance(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups of patients have improved,but the extent of change is very different.Compared with the experimental group,the improvement of the patients in the experimental group is more obvious,while the improvement in the control group is slightly smaller.Three patients in the experimental group who were treated with combination therapy or the like had ineffective treatment,but there was no deterioration.The total effective rate of the fi nal treatment was 92.5%,which was much higher than 75.0%in the control group.After comparison,the two groups were statistically signifi cant(χ^2=5.89,P=0.02).Conclusion To sum up,the use of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly has signifi cantly reduced the incidence of the system,the symptoms have been greatly relieved,and has positive signifi cance for clinical application.
