乳腺癌术后功能锻炼的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究护理干预应用于乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼中效果。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年2月收治120例乳腺癌患者,采取随机分组的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用改良后的护理干预,1个月后,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的患肢肌力、焦虑程度、护理满意度显著优于对照组,二者存在显著的差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论将护理干预应用于乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼中可以显著改善患者的患肢肌力,降低患者的心理焦虑,提升护理满意度,值得应用与推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in postoperative functional exercise of breast cancer patients.Methods 120 patients with breast cancer from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group with improved nursing intervention.After a period of time,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The muscle strength,anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in postoperative functional exercise of patients with breast cancer can signifi cantly improve the muscle strength of affected limbs,reduce the psychological anxiety of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worth applying and popularizing.
