摘　　要：目的探讨心外膜临时起搏器在心脏瓣膜置换手术围术期的应用与护理。方法通过2015年1月至2018年12月135例心脏瓣膜置换手术患者,总结围术期心外膜临时起搏器的护理经验。结果本组135例患者均有效起搏,临时起搏器应用3~12 d,死亡3例,余均顺利出院,恢复良好。结论做好心外膜临时起搏器的护理工作,能帮助心脏瓣膜置换手术患者平稳渡过围术期,改善预后。Objective To investigate the application and nursing of perioperative epicardial temporary pacemaker of patients with cardiac valve replacement surgery.Methods The nursing experience of perioperative epicardial temporary pacemaker was summarized in 135 patients with cardiac valve replacement surgery from January 2015 to December 2018.Results All 135 patients in this group had effective pacing.The temporary pacemaker was applied for 3 to 12 days,and 3 patients died.The rest were discharged smoothly and recovered well.Conclusion The well nursing of epicardial temporary pacemaker can help patients with cardiac valve replacement surgery smoothly pass the perioperative period and improve the prognosis.
