综合用药护理指导对冠心病患者用药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的评价冠心病患者实施综合用药护理指导对其用药依从性的积极影响。方法择取在我院接受对症治疗的冠心病患者150例为对象,依照用药护理方式的差异将这些患者纳入综合组、参照组,各组75例,参照组予以常规用药护理指导,综合组予以综合用药护理指导,评估并对照两组患者的用药知识掌握率、用药依从性等情况。结果综合组患者用药知识掌握率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);用药依从性方面,综合组患者完全依从率显著高于参照组,而部分依从、不依从病例的占比率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论综合用药护理指导应用于冠心病患者中具有显著优势,可增强患者对用药健康知识的掌握率,使用药依从性有效提升。Objective To evaluate the positive effect of comprehensive medication nursing guidance on medication compliance of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease who received symptomatic treatment in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to the differences of medication nursing methods,these patients were included in the comprehensive group and the reference group.75 patients in each group were given routine medication nursing guidance in the reference group,and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive medication nursing guidance.The medication knowledge of the two groups was evaluated and compared.Grasp rate,medication compliance and so on.Results The mastery rate of medication knowledge in the comprehensive group was signifi cantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the complete compliance rate in the comprehensive group was signifi cantly higher than that in the reference group,while the proportion of partial compliance and non-compliance cases was signifi cantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive medication nursing guidance in patients with coronary heart disease has signifi cant advantages,which can enhance the mastery rate of medication health knowledge and enhance the medication compliance effectively.
