围手术期护理干预用于阑尾炎手术护理中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究围手术期护理干预方法应用在阑尾炎手术护理中所取得的效果。方法将我院在2017年1月至2018年10月收治的阑尾炎进行手术的患者96例,随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,每组各48例。常规护理组按常规的护理方案进行护理,优质护理组采用围手术期优质护理方案进行护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对于本研究两组患者进行护理结束以后患者的疼痛情况进行比较,本研究优质护理组患者的疼痛评分明显比常规护理组患者的疼痛评分低,而且患者的肛门排气时间和下床活动时间明显优于常规护理组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对于两组研究对象的并发症发生率进行比较,常规护理组为20.83%(10/48),优质护理组为6.25%(3/48),两组研究对象进行比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对阑尾炎手术患者在进行护理的过程中,围手术期落实优质护理服务进行护理指导能够有效的改善患者术后疼痛,同时能够优化各项手术指标,降低并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in the nursing of appendicitis surgery.Methods 96 patients with appendicitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and high-quality nursing group,with an average of 48 patients in each group.Two groups of patients in the nursing time with corresponding nursing intervention,and evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results For this study two groups of patients with pain in patients with nursing after the comparison,this study high quality nursing group of patients with pain score was obviously lower than conventional nursing group of patients with pain score,and the patient's anus exhaust time and bed activity time was better than routine nursing group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically signifi cant;The incidence of complications of the two groups of subjects was compared,the conventional nursing group was 20.83%(10/48),and the high-quality nursing group was 6.25%(3/48),the two groups of subjects were compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion in the process of nursing for patients with appendicitis surgery,the perioperative implementation of quality nursing services for nursing guidance can effectively improve the postoperative pain of patients,at the same time can optimize the surgical indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,worthy of promotion and application.
