经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗泌尿系结石的综合护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗泌尿系结石的综合护理价值。方法选择2016年5月至2017年5月我院收治的100例泌尿系统结石者为研究对象,将其分为两组。每组50例。对照组使用常规化护理,观察组在常规化护理基础上应用综合护理干预,比较干预前后两组受试者一次碎石成功率、住院时长、手术时间情况,护理满意度,VAS得分情况。结果和对照组相比,观察组的1次碎石成功率明显更高,P<0.05。住院时长以及手术时间明显更短,P<0.05。对照组护理满意度为76.00%,观察组为96.00%。与对照组相比,观察组的护理满意度明显更高,P<0.05。干预前,两组受试者的VAS得分无明显差异,干预后,两组的VAS得分均有所减轻。和干预后对照组相比,P<0.05。结论对于接受经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的泌尿系统结石患者,治疗过程中开展综合护理干预方式,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,提升护理满意度,有助于促进疾病转归。减少治疗时间,提升一次碎石成功率,因此值得进一步在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing value of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary stones.Methods 100 patients with urinary system Stonehenge from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups.50 cases per group.The control group used routine care as the basis for the observation group to apply comprehensive nursing intervention.The accuracy of the lithotripsy,length of hospital stay,time of operation,nursing satisfaction,and VAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the rate of success was signifi cantly higher for the fi rst lithotripsy in the observation group,P<0.05,while the length of hospital stay and the duration of surgery were signifi cantly shorter,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction rate was 76.00%in the control group and 96.00%in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group,P<0.05,and there was no signifi cant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before the intervention.After the intervention,the VAS scores of the two groups were reduced.Compared with the control group after the intervention,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with urinary stones treated with ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,comprehensive nursing intervention during the treatment process can effectively relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction.Helps promote the return of the disease.Reduce treatment time and increase the success rate of a gravel,so it is worth further promotion in clinical use.
