康复综合护理对青光眼小梁切除术后患者疼痛及眼压控制的研究

摘　　要：目的分析不同康复综合护理对青光眼小梁切除术后患者的疼痛及眼压控制效果。方法选择2017年5月至2018年6月我院收治的100例入院接受治疗的青光眼手术患者为研究对象,患者均接受小梁切除术,分析术后患者的疼痛及眼压控制情况。结果两组受试者出院后眼压无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组患者与出院前相比,受试者出院后3个月眼压更低,P<0.05。对照组患者与出院前相比,出院后3个月眼压有所增高,P<0.05。干预后两组的眼压情况存在明显查差异,P<0.05。护理前,两组受试者的VAS得分无明显差异,干预后,对照组的VAS得分和治疗前相比无明显改善,P>0.05。观察组干预后的VAS分数明显比干预前低,P<0.05。与对照组相比,观察组的成功率明显更高,P<0.05。结论对于接受青光眼小梁切除术患者,在手术后3个月内开展眼球按摩康复护理,能够取得满意效果。此举有助于降低患者眼压,缓解术后疼痛感,提升治疗效果。有助于促进患者疾病转归,因此值得进一步在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of different rehabilitation comprehensive nursing on pain and Intraocular pressure control of patients after trabeculectomy.Methods 100 glaucoma patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected for study.All patients received trabeculectomy to analyze pain and Intraocular pressure control.Results There was no signifi cant difference in Intraocular pressure after discharge from the two groups.P>0.05 was lower in 3 months after discharge than before discharge,and(P<0.05)was higher in 3 months after discharge than before discharge(P<0.05).There was a signifi cant difference in the Intraocular pressure between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.05).Nursing,there was no signifi cant difference in the VAS scores of the two groups of subjects.After the intervention,the VAS score of the control group was not signifi cantly improved compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the success rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing trabeculectomy with glaucoma,eye massage rehabilitation care was performed within three months after surgery.,Satisfactory results can be achieved.This action helps to reduce the patient's Intraocular pressure,relieve postoperative pain,and improve the treatment effect.Helps to promote the patient's disease return,so it is worth further promotion in clinical use.
