新的管理模式在难免压疮监控中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新的管理模式在难免压疮监控中的临床应用价值。方法选择2014年上报难免压疮高危患者371例,院外带入压疮955例为小组改建前组,采用未改进管理模式;选择2015年上报难免压疮高危患者386例,院外带入压疮604例为小组改建后组,采用改进的管理模式。结果难免压疮高危患者压疮发生率下降,院外带入压疮治愈率提高,区域护士的工作积极性提高。结论压疮小组改建后的管理模式能有效降低住院患者院内压疮的发生率,同时有效提高临床护士对压疮的防护水平及对压疮的治疗水平。Objective To explore the clinical application value of the new management mode in the inevitable pressure ulcer monitoring.Methods In 2014,371 case with high-risk pressure ulcers were reported in the hospital.955 patients with pressure ulcers were taken outside the hospital for the group before the reconstruction.The unmodifi ed management model was adopted.In 2015,386 patients with high-risk pressure ulcers were selected,and 506 patients were admitted to the hospital.For example,the group was reorganized and adopted an improved management model.Results It is inevitable that the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with high pressure ulcers will decrease,the cure rate of pressure ulcers will increase in the hospital,and the work enthusiasm of regional nurses will increase.Conclusion The management model of the pressure ulcer group can effectively reduce the incidence of in-hospital pressure ulcers in hospitalized patients,and effectively improve the clinical nurses'level of protection against pressure sores and the treatment level of pressure sores.
