摘  要:目的目的:研究探讨我院常规医用X射线诊断设备的影像质量控制检测结果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月某地区医用X射线诊断设备的影像质量控制进行检测,中国疾病预防控制中心辐射防护与核安全医学所对仪器进行校准,主要针对X射线拍片机以及X射线透视机的各项指标进行检查。结果X线拍片机单项检测指标合格率在77.2%~90.2%,具体为:峰值电压、曝光时间、输出量重复性、过滤、受检者体表空气比释动能率、有用线束半值层、输出量线性、有用线束垂直度的偏离、光野,照射野一致性合格率分别为90.2%、89.7%、87.9%、87.0%、85.7%、83.9%、82.6%、82.1%、77.2%。X线透视机单项检测指标合格率在55.0~90.0%,具体为:低对比度测试卡分辨力、透视荧光屏空间分辨力、受检者体表空气比释动能率、影像增强器系统亮度自动控制、透视荧光屏灵敏度、影像增强器屏前空气比释动能率合格率分别为60.0%、75.0%、90.0%、75.0%、55.0%、60.0%。结论X线图像质量对于医院医疗服务质量具有重要影响,X线图像质量决定了对患者的临床诊断具有直接影响。Objective Objective:to study the imaging quality control test results of conventional medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in our hospital.Methods The imaging quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in a region from January 2016 to December 2017 was selected for testing,and the equipment was calibrated by the institute of radiation protection and nuclear safety medicine of China center for disease control and prevention,mainly for examination of various indicators of X-ray radiography machines and X-ray fl uoroscopy machines.Results The qualifi ed rate of single test index of X-ray camera ranged from 77.2%to 90.2%,including peak voltage,exposure time,repeatability of output,fi ltration,specifi c kinetic energy rate of air on the body surface,half-value layer of useful wire bundle,output linearity,deviation of verticality of useful wire bundle,light fi eld,and consistency of irradiation fi eld were 90.2%and 89.7%respectively.90.2%,89.7%,87.9%,87%,85.7%,83.9%,82.6%,82.1%,77.2%.The qualifi ed rate of X-ray fl uoroscopy was 55.0%~90.0%.The qualifi ed rate of X-ray fl uoroscopy was as follows:low contrast test card resolution,fl uoroscopy screen spatial resolution,body surface air specifi c kinetic energy rate,automatic brightness control of image intensifi er system,fl uoroscopy screen sensitivity and air specifi c kinetic energy rate in front of image intensifi er.For 60%,75%,90%,75%,55%,60%.Conclusion X-ray image quality has an important impact on the quality of hospital medical services,X-ray image quality determines the clinical diagnosis of patients with a direct impact.
