摘　　要：人体神经的特性决定了神经外科的患者大多数都是急性病,具有变化快、病情重大等特点,患者的生命随时面临着死亡威胁,这就要求了神经外科护士需要具备大量的专业理论知识,优秀的医疗操作能力,敏锐的病情观察能力、高超的应变能力以及高品质的医疗素养。本文将以调查问卷的方式,以某一医院高神经外科年轻护士作为调查对象,分析其工作现状,探讨高神经外科年轻护士具备观察病情及应变能力重要性,以提高学习兴趣、严格带教、了解病情、关注生命体变化、严格管理、教学培训、继续教育以及阶段考核等方面探寻提高神经外科年轻护士观察病情及应变能力的方式方法。The characteristics of human neural determines the neurosurgery patients mostly acute disease,has the characteristics of quick change,major illness,the patient's life always faced death threats,this requires the neurosurgery nurses need to have a lot of professional theory knowledge,excellent medical skills,keen observation ability,excellent strain capacity and high quality of medical quality.This article will,in the form of questionnaire in a high hospital neurosurgery young nurses as the object of investigation,analysis of its working status,explore the condition and high neurosurgery young nurses have importance strain capacity,in order to improve the learning interest,strict teaching,understand the illness,pay attention to life changes,strict management,teaching training,continuing education and stage test for raise the neurosurgery young nurse observation method and strain capacity.
