摘　　要：目的:评价消炎痛联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治亚急性甲状腺炎患者90例,随机分为三组各30例。A组采用小剂量糖皮质激素治疗;B组采用消炎痛治疗;C组采用消炎痛联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果:C组治疗后红细胞沉降率、各项症状消失时间及复发率均优于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消炎痛联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎效果显著,可快速消除各种临床症状,降低疾病复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of low dose glucocorticoid combined with indomethacin in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,90 patients with subacute thyroiditis were selected and randomly divided into three groups of 30 patients in each.Group A was treated with low-dose glucocorticoids;group B was treated with indomethacin;and group C was treated with indomethacin combined with low-dose glucocorticoids.We compared the therapeutic effects of the three groups.Results:In group C,after treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,disappearance time of symptoms and recurrence rate were better than those in groups A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of low dose glucocorticoid combined with indomethacin in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis is significant,it can quickly eliminate various clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
