改良式侧卧位在胸腔镜手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良式侧卧位在胸腔镜手术中的应用。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年7月进行胸腔镜手术患者170例,随机分为两组,各85例。对照组给予传统侧卧位安置法;观察组给予改良式侧卧位安置法。比较两组患者不良反应发生率情况及满意度。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将改良式侧卧位安置用于胸腔镜手术中,能降低患者不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application of modified lateral position in thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,170 patients with thoracoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 85 cases in each.The control group was given the traditional lateral position and the observation group was given the modified lateral position.We compared the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the modified lateral position in thoracoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patients'satisfaction.
