摘　　要：目的:分析炎琥宁注射液联合核黄素磷酸钠注射液治疗小儿手足口病口腔疱疹疗效及相关时间指标。方法:2015年1月-2018年1月收治手足口病口腔疱疹患儿240例,随机分为两组,各120例。对照组给予炎琥宁注射液治疗;研究组在炎琥宁注射液的基础上增加核黄素磷酸钠注射液治疗。比较两组疗效及相关时间指标。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,研究组患儿退热时间、手足疱疹消退、口腔疼痛改善、口腔疱疹消退及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁联合核黄素磷酸钠治疗小儿手足口病口腔疱疹,能缩短患儿退热时间和疱疹消退时间,有效提高治疗疗效。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect and related time index of yanhuning injection combined with riboflavin sodium phosphate injection in the treatment of oral herpes in children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:240 children with hand foot mouth disease and oral herpes were selected from January 2015 to January 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yanhuning injection,the study group was treated with riboflavin sodium phosphate injection on the basis of Yanhuning injection.The therapeutic effect and related time indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the antipyretic time,the disappearance of hand and foot herpes,the improvement of oral pain,the regression of oral herpes and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanhuning combined with riboflavin sodium phosphate in the treatment of oral herpes in children with hand foot and mouth disease can shorten the antipyretic time and disappearance time of herpes and effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
