高强聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌症远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨高强聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫腺肌症的安全性及有效性。方法:2012年1月-2016年8月收治子宫腺肌症患者157例,均行HIFU治疗。观察术后不良反应、痛经、月经量、子宫及病灶大小变化等情况。结果:所有患者均顺利完成治疗,术中及术后2年内无严重并发症发生;术后2年内子宫及病灶体积均明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后痛经NRS评分下降,贫血及痛经比例下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HIFU治疗子宫腺肌症较安全有效,无严重不良反应,可明显缩小子宫及病灶体积,缓解痛经、月经过多及贫血等症状。Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:From January 2012 to August 2016,157 patients with adenomyosis were selected and treated with HIFU.We observed the adverse reactions,dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume,uterus and lesion size.Results:All patients successfully completed the treatment,no serious complications occurred during and 2 years after operation;The volume of uterus and focus decreased significantly within 2 years after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the NRS score of dysmenorrhea decreased,and the proportion of anemia and dysmenorrhea decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HIFU is safe and effective in the treatment of adenomyosis,no serious adverse reactions,it can obviously reduce the volume of uterus and focus,relieve dysmenorrhea,menorrhagia,anemia and other symptoms.
