摘　　要：目的:了解苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗高血压病的临床效果评价。方法:收治高血压病患者64例,均在2周前停用其他降压药物并进行血压密切监测,分为两组。对照组口服给药硝苯地平缓释片治疗;观察组口服给药苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者总治疗有效率优于对照组,不良反应发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗高血压病效果显著,不良发生发生率低等,作用持久稳定,是治疗高血压首选的长效制剂。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:64 patients with hypertension were treated,all of them stopped using other antihypertensive drugs 2 weeks ago and their blood pressure was closely monitored.Methods:64 patients with hypertension were selected,all of them stopped using other antihypertensive drugs 2 weeks ago and their blood pressure was closely monitored,they were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension is effective,the incidence of adverse effects is low,and the effect is long-lasting and stable.It is the first choice for long-acting agent treatment of hypertension.
